जहाँ आज के समय में एक बेहतरीन सरकारी नौकरी पाने के लिए ग्रेजुएशन (Graduation), पोस्ट-ग्रेज्युएशन या बीटेक जैसी बड़ी डिग्रियों के बाद भी सालों-साल कड़ी मेहनत करनी पड़ती है, वहीं स्टेनोग्राफी एक ऐसा इकलौता क्षेत्र है जहाँ आप सिर्फ 12वीं पास (10+2) होकर भी बहुत कम समय में एक शानदार और रसूखदार ऑफिसर बन सकते हैं.
इस जॉब प्रोफाइल की सबसे खास बातें और फायदे नीचे दिए गए हैं:
1. योग्यता कम, सम्मान और रुतबा सबसे ज़्यादा
- कम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: SSC Stenographer (Grade C & D) और UPSSSC Stenographer के लिए केवल 12वीं कक्षा पास होना ज़रूरी है.
- सीधे बड़े अफसरों के साथ काम: एक स्टेनोग्राफर के रूप में आपकी पोस्टिंग सीधे IAS, IPS, IRS, जजों या मंत्रियों के Personal Assistant (PA), Personal Secretary (PS) या Private Secretary के रूप में होती है.
- अधिकारियों जैसी इज़्ज़त: भले ही आप 12वीं पास करके इस पद पर आए हों, लेकिन विभाग के बाकी कर्मचारी (जैसे क्लर्क या अन्य स्टाफ) आपको बहुत सम्मान देते हैं क्योंकि आप सीधे बड़े अधिकारी के सबसे करीबी और भरोसेमंद व्यक्ति होते हैं.
2. इस नौकरी के सबसे बड़े फायदे

- कोई मैथ्स (Maths) नहीं: बहुत से छात्रों की गणित कमज़ोर होती है. SSC स्टेनोग्राफर परीक्षा की सबसे अच्छी बात यह है कि इसके लिखित एग्जाम में मैथ्स नहीं पूछा जाता. इसमें केवल रीज़निंग, जनरल अवेयरनेस और इंग्लिश (या हिंदी) आती है.
- शानदार सैलरी और प्रमोशन:
- Grade D की नौकरी से शुरुआत करने पर भी हाथ में अच्छी-खासी सैलरी आती है.
- Grade C (4200/4600 ग्रेड पे) सीधे एक राजपत्रित अधिकारी (Gazetted Officer) के समकक्ष स्तर की पोस्ट होती है, जिसकी शुरुआती सैलरी बहुत बेहतरीन होती है.
- आगे चलकर डिपार्टमेंटल एग्जाम या प्रमोशन के ज़रिए आप PPS (Principal Private Secretary) तक बन सकते हैं, जो एक क्लास-1 ऑफिसर की रैंक है.
3. परीक्षाओं का पैटर्न (SSC & UPSSSC)
यह बेहतरीन नौकरी पाने के लिए आपको दो चरणों से गुज़रना होता है:
- चरण 1: कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा (CBT): इसमें आपसे ऑब्जेक्टिव सवाल पूछे जाते हैं. (SSC में इंग्लिश, रीज़निंग और जीके आता है; जबकि UPSSSC में हिंदी, रीज़निंग और यूपी सामान्य ज्ञान पूछा जाता है).
- चरण 2: स्किल टेस्ट (Skill Test): यह इस परीक्षा का सबसे मुख्य हिस्सा है. इसमें आपको एक ऑडियो डिक्टेशन बोला जाएगा (80 शब्द प्रति मिनट या 100 शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से). आपको उसे शॉर्टहैंड में लिखना होगा और फिर कंप्यूटर पर टाइप करके उसका अनुवाद करना होगा. जो इसे पास कर लेता है, उसकी नौकरी पक्की हो जाती है.
