1. सिलेक्शन प्रोसेस (Selection Process) क्या है?

HCL एग्जीक्यूटिव पोस्ट के लिए सिलेक्शन मुख्य रूप से दो चरणों पर आधारित हो सकता है:

  • शॉर्टलिस्टिंग (Shortlisting): सबसे पहले आपके द्वारा फॉर्म में भरी गई शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Academic Qualifications) और पोस्ट-क्वालिफिकेशन कार्य अनुभव (Work Experience) के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा।
  • लिखित परीक्षा / इंटरव्यू (Written Exam / Personal Interview): शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को लिखित परीक्षा (कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट) या सीधे पर्सनल इंटरव्यू के लिए बुलाया जाएगा (यह अलग-अलग पदों के ग्रेड पर निर्भर करता है)।

2. परीक्षा को कैसे क्रैक करें? (Preparation Strategy)

इस परीक्षा में सफलता पाने के लिए इन महत्वपूर्ण बातों पर ध्यान दें:

* अपने मुख्य विषय (Technical Domain) पर मजबूत पकड़ बनाएं

  • चूंकि वैकेंसी माइनिंग, इलेक्ट्रिकल, मैकेनिकल, फाइनेंस, एचआर और जियोलॉजी जैसे अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में हैं, इसलिए परीक्षा या इंटरव्यू में 80% सवाल आपके कोर सब्जेक्ट से पूछे जाएंगे।

* जनरल एप्टीट्यूड और करंट अफेयर्स की तैयारी
